Alma True

Alma Ruth  True (nee Jenkins ) passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday January 2, 2024 . Alma was born October 7, 1938 in Gilmer County, West Virginia to the late Wheeler & Madeline Jenkins. Following her graduation from Midview High School in 1956, she married Roy Earl True who preceded her in death in 2019. She was a long time member of the First Baptist Church in Elyria. Alma is survived by her children Nolan ( Pam ) , Jerry ( Suzette ) , Darla and by granddaughter Samantha True. Visitation will be held in the Duke Funeral Home 1021 Main St. Grafton on Wednesday January 10, 2024 from 11 AM until services at 1 PM. Burial will be in Nesbett Cemetery, Grafton Township. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society PO Box 6704 Hagerstown, Maryland 21741.
