Barbara A. Munday

Barbara Ann (Brooks, Welch, Scott) Munday passed away peacefully on April 28th,  2023 at Medina Hospice Center from a long illness.

      Barbara was of strong pentecostal faith and she said when the time came that she would be in heaven. Barbara was a very loving person and loved her family and friends dearly. Barbara had many hobbies including singing, playing the guitar and keyboard. Barbara also loved crafting including drawing, painting, sewing, crocheting, needlepoint and a few others.

     Barbara was preceded in death by her (Son) Terry Dale Scott,   (Birth parents) Robert and Irene Brooks, ( Adopted parents ) Delmus and Winnie Welch and also several brothers and sisters.

     Barbara's survivor's are (daughter) Theresa Scott,  (son and daughter-in-law) Carl and Jewel Scott, (4 granddaughters) Courtney Scott, Ashley Gaines, Brittany Elliott and Candi Scott.  Also she has 11 great grandchildren and (brother) Herman Brooks and (sister) Joyce (Brooks) Whatley. 

     The family will have a small memorial service and get together after with food and NON  alcoholic drinks for family and friends on Saturday May 13, 2023 at 2 PM.  This will be located at North Eaton Church of God , 12096 Island rd. , Grafton, Ohio 44044.

Barbara will be taken to Tennessee to be placed between her mom and dad (Delmus and Winnie Welch) as per her wishes.
