Beaulah " Toots " Suttle

Beaulah "Toots" Suttle (nee Cottrill), 89, loving grandmother, mother and wife of Elyria, passed away peacefully on the morning of Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Life Care Center of Elyria. She was born on October 12, 1933 in Orma, West Virginia to the late Minnie (Groves) Settle, step-father Haven Settle and father Clarence Cottrill.
Beaulah was a homemaker throughout her long life and a beautiful soul that touched the lives of many people. Her kindness and joy she brought into every room or conversation always put a smile on everyone's face. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter and grandchildren, gardening, cooking everything from scratch, listening to music especially bluegrass, and spending time with her feline companion, Casper "Tom" Jarvis. Beaulah devoted her entire life into loving and raising her child and grandchildren, it was one of her greatest accomplishments and she was so proud of each and every one of them. She will be deeply missed by family, friends and all that knew her and her memory will live on with us all. 
Survivors include her loving daughter, Sheri L. (Suttle) Jarvis of Elyria; granddaughters Virginia L. (Suttle) Grissom of Lagrange and Kara L. Jarvis of Elyria; great-grandsons Zachary B. Grissom of Lagrange, Roy D. Grissom (Miranda) of Grafton, Joshua C. Grissom of Lagrange; great-granddaughter Melrose S. Jarvis of Elyria; brothers Benjimen S. Settle and Warrner L. "Cotton" Settle of Orma, WV; sister Effie S. Parsons (Eugene) of Nicut, WV along with several beloved nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Suttle; parents, Minnie (Groves) Settle and Haven L. Settle and Clarence Cottrill; Brother, Orvill R. "Jack" Settle, sister-in-law Rosa L. (King) Settle; grandson-in-law Robert D. Grissom. 
Service for family and friends will be held Saturday morning, February 25, 2023 from 10-11:30am at Duke Funeral Home, 1021 Main St. Grafton, OH 44044. The funeral will be held at Butternut Ridge Cemetery directly after services. The cemetery is located at the northeast corner of Butternut Ridge Road (State Route 10) and Durkee Road.
