Billy Poore

Billy B. Poore, 79, Cleburne Texas, passed away Tuesday January 28, 2020 after seeing his three children, Dwayne, Marlo and Chad by his side.  Billy will be laid to rest at River Road Cemetery In Lagrange Township Friday, Feb 7th, having considered Lagrange his home for many years.  Billy proudly served in the US Air Force and retired at the young age of 55 from FAA in Oberlin after 34 years of combined service.  Billy is survived by his three children, Dwayne Poore, Chad Poore and Marlo Cox, including 6 grandchildren, Jerod, Mathew, Conrad, Rian, Jade and Briscoe, friends and family from around the country.  Billy enjoyed riding his Harley, his Corvette, an ice cold beer and many years of camping.  Billy lived a good life and would want everyone to remember all of the good times and the great stories enjoyed by so many. A graveside service will be held in the River Road Cemetery on Friday February 7, 2020 at 1 PM with VFW Post 1079 providing military honors.
