Carolyn Sue Meade

Carolyn Sue (Ezell) Meade, age 83,of Grafton, Ohio was called home to heaven to be with the Lord Monday September 23rd at 3:20p.m. She passed away peacefully at the University Hospital with her son by her side. She was born on November 20, 1940 in Lawrence County, TN. She was  the  youngest of 6 children of Tom and Ava (Wilson) Ezell.

She was member of Sugar Ridge Baptist Church where she was also a member of the Sunshine club at her church, and a former hospice sitter. She was an excellent homemaker and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

 Carolyn came to Cleveland, Ohio in the summer of 1959.  

Proceeded in Death By:

 Husband James R. Meade, stepson Gary R. Meade, her parents Tom & Ava (Wilson) Ezell.   brothers Louie W .Ezell and Morland T. Ezell.

Survived By: Son Jeffrey B. Meade of Grafton, Ohio., Sister Wynell Gallian of Leoma, TN. Brother  Cleland Ezell of Loretto, TN., and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Carolyn Sue Meade will be Sunday October the 6th at Sugar Ridge Baptist Church, 36600 Sugar Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44035. There will be a lunch at 1:00 for family and friends and the service will be at 2:30 . Carolyn will be laid to rest at Bonnertown Cemetery, Bonnertown, TN. Duke Funeral Home of Grafton is in charge of all the arrangements. 

I would like to say a special thank you to the nurses and social workers at Hospice of Western Reserve, and Visiting Angels for all the loving care that they provided for my mother during her illness and a very special thank you to Randy Hanna and to the members of Sugar Ridge Baptist Church.
