Courtney Smith

Courtney Paige Smith, age 32 of Grafton left this world, with her parents at her side,  for a better place on Saturday January 29, 2022 in the University Elyria Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. Courtney was born in Elyria on December 25, 1989, a Christmas gift to her parents. Courtney  had a big contagious laugh and a smile that would light up any room. She loved to travel and experience new and exciting adventures. She loved all kinds of animals, and enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. Courtney had a big heart, loved her family and family gatherings. She is survived by her parents Raymond and Tammy ( Stout ) Smith, her sister Amber ( Andrew ) Greenhill, brother Brandon Smith and by grandmother Joyce ( Raymond ) Smith. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call in the Duke Funeral Home on Friday February 4, 2022 from 11 AM until services at 1 PM with Pastor Joe Dossa  officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pisgah Church Cemetery, Grafton. Courtney is no longer with us, but the imprint of her beautiful spirit left on our hearts will forever keep her memory alive.  The family is asking that any memorial donations  be made to the funeral home to help them with funeral expenses.
