Dan R. Williams

Dan R. Williams, age 86 of Grafton passed away at University Elyria Regional Medical Center on Sunday November 25, 2018 following a long illness. He was born September 18, 1932 in Cranberry, West Virginia and had lived in the Grafton area since 1958. Dan attended Raleigh County Schools and had served 4 years in the US Navy aboard the USS Wisconsin during the Korean Conflict. He had retired from Midview Local Schools in 1996.Dan enjoyed visiting the Metro Parks. He is survived by his wife Betty ( nee Bostick), sons Patrick of Berea and Michael of Carlisle Township. Survivors also include 3 grandchildren and one great grandchild and special in-laws Melvin & Joyce Bostick of Grafton.. He was preceded in death by his parents Curtis & Maggie Williams and by brothers Buren, Ray, Robert , Edward, Ted, Bill and Max.  Friends may call in the Duke Funeral Home 1021 Main St. Grafton on Friday November 30, 2018 from 11 AM until services at 12 NOON.
