Elizabeth (Kodo) Armenat

Elizabeth Armenat, age 96 of Columbia Station passed away Monday March 2, 2026 in the Ames Family Hospice Center following a long illness. She was born October 30, 1929 in Budapest, Hungary and had lived in Columbia Station since 1979. She has retired from General Motors after 20 plus years of service. Elizabeth loved animals, especially her horses. She is survived by her daughter Margit Panczel of Spain and by friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her husband Werner, and by her parents Jorsef & Ersebet Kodo. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.
