Henry L. Napier Jr.

Henry Lee Napier Jr, 64, passed away surrounded by the love of his family and friends. A proud Marine, a free spirit, and a man who truly embraced life, Henry will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Born to the late Mary Jane Malcolm and Henry Lee Napier Sr, Henry carried forward a strong sense of family and resilience throughout his life.

Henry served his country in the United States Marine Corps, carrying the values of courage, loyalty, and brotherhood with him throughout his life. Beyond his service, he was known for his adventurous soul and his deep appreciation for the simple joys of living.

Music was one of Henry’s greatest passions. He had a special love for the guitar and could often be found playing his favorite songs, sharing laughter, stories, and melodies with those around him. His love for music reflected his love for life — heartfelt, vibrant, and meant to be shared.

Henry was a father to Jesse Napier, Andy Napier, Becky Napier, Tim (Nicole) Napier, and Tom (Brandie) Napier. He was preceded in death by two of his children, John Napier and Annie Napier.

He is survived by his siblings Matt Napier, Mark Napier, Joe Napier, and two half-brothers, Josh Napier and Adam Napier. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sarah Napier.

Henry leaves behind many grandchildren, extended family members and countless friends whose lives were touched by his kindness, humor, and free-spirited nature. His memory will live on in the music he loved, the stories he told, and the love he shared so freely.

He will be missed more than words can express, but remembered with smiles, songs, and gratitude for the time shared.
