James Cogar Obituary
James M. Cogar, age 75 of Grafton went home to be with the Lord on Monday July 29, 2024. Beloved father of Shawn, dearest brother of the late Marlene, Jack and Richard. He is survived by sisters Margaret, Paula, Sandy and brother Cecil Edward. All services will be private. Burial will be in West Virginia. A celebration of his life will announced at a later date.
