James Robert Westmoreland "JR" passed away suddenly Wednesday, July 10th. He is survived by his wife Anna Westmoreland, children – Vanessa Cox, Stephanie Wiegand, Joshua Mullins and nine grandchildren; Mother Peggy Westmoreland, Brother David Westmoreland and Sister Heather Weddington. JR was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He enjoyed bowling, playing cards, and spending time with family and his loving dog Raph. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, at 1 p.m. for family and friends 6549 Avon Belden Rd. in Chatham, Ohio.
