Kirk Alan Reed

July 5th, 1959- February 16th, 2025

Mr. Kirk Alan Reed of Bentleyville, PA passed away in his home on February 16th, 2025, while surrounded by his loving family and his pets.

Kirk was born in Elyria, Oh and graduated from Midview High School in 1977. In 1986 he married his wife of 38 years, Nancy, and went on to have a son, Bentley, and a daughter, Alyssa. He had a gift for welding and was still happily employed at Drilling Tools Incorporated. Kirk loved being around family and his pets. He had many hobbies such as grilling, metalworking and making welding videos. He especially enjoyed hunting cryptid creatures such as Bigfoot and dogmen.

Kirk is preceded in death by his Father Donald August Reed Sr., Mother Caryl June Reed, Brother Donald August Reed Jr. and very close cousin and friend Daniel R. Hale.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Nancy (nee Low), son Bentley, daughter Alyssa (Tim), granddaughter Rachael, grandson Gabriel, dog Sherlock, little brother Craig Reed and other friends and family.

There will be a private burial with only immediate family. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you plant a tree for the Bigfeet to continue to hide behind in memory of Kirk.

Arrangements are being handled by the Duke Funeral Home 1021 Main St. Grafton.
