Merle N. Reisinger

Merle N. Reisinger, age 91 of Grafton Township passed away unexpectedly on Sunday September 6, 2020. He was born April 10, 1929 and was a 1947 graduate of Belden High School where he started playing the drums and square dancing. Merle worked for Tappan until his retirement and then continued working for Spitzer Hardware for several years. He had a special interest in model gasoline engines with his son, Allen. He is survived by his wife, Theresa "Tess"; son, Allen Reisinger; sisters, Eileen Hahn and Sandra Reisinger. Survivors also include his grandchildren, Michael Reisinger, Matthew (Rachel) Reisinger, Kevin (Cathy) Reisinger, Steve Reisinger, Laura (Eric) Hamby, Karen (Johnny) Escue and by his many great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Mildred (Robson) Reisinger. Friends may call in the Duke Funeral Home, 1021 Main St., Grafton, Thursday, September 10, 2020 from 5 to 7 p.m. Private graveside services will be held for the family with Pastor David Walker of the Belden United Methodist Church.
