Mildred Moore Obituary

Mildred E. Moore ( Walker ) of Grafton and formerly of  Westlake,  passed away February 12, 2022 at Gulf Side Hospice in Zephyrhills, Florida. She was born in Ivydale, Clay County West Virginia to Okey W. & Winnie E. Walker. Millie enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, music, bowling and her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchild. She owned her own business " Millie's Creations ", designed and arranged both fresh and silk flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Dr. L. Michael Gundy, brothers Noble, Charles, Okey, Junior and by sisters Frances Dawson and Ann Shallenberger. She is survived by her husband of 53 years Arnold R. '"Arnie " Moore, daughters Diana Kay Fultz ( Robert ) of Mentor, Ohio, Kathleen Elizabeth Cross ( Ronald-deceased ) of Cypress Lakes, Florida, Brother John Walker and sister Dawn Fitzwater of Clay County, West Virginia, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Friends may call in the Duke Funeral Home 1021 Main St. Grafton on Saturday June 18, 2022 from 2 PM until 5 PM. Committal services will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on Wednesday June 22, 2022 at 1 :15 PM sharp. Please meet at the reception Center at 1 PM.
