Norma L. Oxyer

Norma Louise Oxyer passed away August 23, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was a lifelong resident of Grafton before she and Frank moved to Dawsonville, Georgia 15 years ago. She was born April 16, 1938 in Lilly, Pennsylvania.She was a loyal member of the Cleveland Bakers Union since August 1994. She loved to be surrounded by her friends and family, her favorite past time was flea markets and collecting trinkets from Frank and her favorite vacation spots.She is survived by her much loved dog, Cindy; Frank's family, Michael and Amy, Lynn and Dennis; uncle, John and Gretchen and their beloved friends and neighbors in Georgia, Norman Naquin and Tammy Meredith, now residing in Michigan and Aaron and Paige Perry of Dawsonville, Georgia.She was preceded in death by her loving parents, William Lance and Genevieve (Dehaven) Lance; beloved husband, Everett (Red) Oxyer and loving son, Shirkey Lance Oxyer.Frank and Norma are together again and will be laid to rest at a graveside service at Nesbett Cemetery on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11 a.m.
