Patricia A. Deimling

Patricia “Pat” Ann Deimling (nee Breen) 91, of Grafton passed away on March 4, 2025 at Keystone Pointe in LaGrange. She was born on June 29, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio, to Ethel and Ray Breen.

Pat graduated from Kent State University with a teaching degree. She spent 33 ½ years as a teacher in the Brunswick School District and after retiring she substituted for 9 ½ more years.

Pat married Carl “Butch” Deimling on August 1, 1964. They worked the family farm until his retirement.

Pat enjoyed walking, writing letters and inspirational poetry. She was also fond of listening to music.

She is survived by her brother Ken (Rose deceased), and sisters Ann “Nan” Breen Boswell and Sister Luisanne Breen; by her niece and nephew Mary & Tim Booth her care givers, and several other nieces and nephews.

Pat was proceeded in death by her husband Carl “Butch” Deimling, parents Ethel and Ray Breen, nephew Kevin Breen.

Visitation will be held on Saturday March 8, 2025 from 11:30 AM until services at 12:30 in the Duke Funeral Home 1021 Main St. Grafton with Father John Seabold, pastor of the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will be in Nesbett Cemetery, Grafton Township.

The family would like to thank the staff at Keystone Pointe and Bella Hospice for the great care they gave Pat.
