Peter Bokesz

Peter Bokesz, age 95 of Grafton passed away Wednesday March 24, 2021 following a short illness, He was born May 25, 1925 in Cleveland and lived his entire life in Grafton. He was an active member of the Grafton United Methodist Church where he taught Sunday School, was a board member and an usher, He was a member of the Grafton Township Fire Department for many years and was also a secretary and treasurer of the Fire Department. He was a WW !! US Army veteran serving in the Pacific and in Japan for 17 months, He enjoyed bowling, fishing and cracking walnuts. He is survived by his son William Bokesz of New Hampshire, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Beverly in 2011. Friends may call in the Duke Funeral Home 1021 Main St. Grafton on Tuesday March 30, 2021 from 5-7 PM where funeral services will be held on Wednesday March 31, 2021 at 11 AM.
