Rosemary Harper

Rosemary " Rosie " Harper, age 83 of Elyria passed away Saturday July 6, 2019 in the Life Care Center of Medina following a short illness. She was born June 13, 1936 and was a 1954 graduate of Eaton High School. Rosie was well known in the Elyria & Lorain areas from her bar tending and big red hair. She also worked at the Chronicle Telegram for many years. She is survived by sons Darren Paul Harper ( Brandy ), Mark Harper ( Darla ), and Jim Harper. Survivors also include 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Rosie was preceded in death by her parents joseph & Mary Cerba and by her sister Lilian Mager. A celebration of life will be held at the AmVets  post #32 11087 Middle Ave. in Elyria from 2-8 PM on July 20, 2019.
