Owner and Mortician
Charlie is the owner and operator and is a licensed funeral director and embalmer who has been with the funeral home since 1995. He is a Midview High School graduate, studied languages in Brittany, France, a graduate from Lorain County Community College and received his Bachelors Degree in Mortuary Science with high honors from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Charlie is a member of the Ohio Embalmers Association and he specializes in embalming and restorative art. He has been the president of the Lorain County Funeral Directors Association since 2006 and served 10 years as a pathologist assistant with the Lorain County Coroner's Office. He is also serving as the pastor of the Lakeview Freewill Baptist Church where his family are members . He also holds an insurance license with the state of Ohio. Charlie enjoys restoring antique tractors, Civil War history, baling hay , traveling to the mountains of West Virginia and is a member of the LaGrange Engine Club ,the Webster County Historical Society and the Sons of Confederate Veterans. He and his wife Linda were married in the funeral home and enjoy cooking, gardening, canning, bluegrass gospel singing, church, raising chickens , Nigerian Dwarf goats and flea markets. They have three sons and one daughter.

Funeral Home Assistant
Linda is a 1983 graduate of Elyria High school and enjoys working at the funeral home with her husband Charlie. She enjoys working the visitations and funerals, helping families in any way she can. She decorates and maintains the warm and home-like facilities . Linda is a member of the Lakeview Freewill Baptist Church in Grafton and enjoys yard sales, antiques,animals, canning the garden vegetables and cooking. She is also into research in herbal remedies and the study of organic foods. She and Charlie got married in the funeral home and they reside in the former Russell D. Fulton Funeral Home.
